Founded in 2006, Hayman Consulting works closely with public, private, and startup companies of all sizes.
Prior to launching Hayman Consulting Group, Alan Hayman was an EVP of MICROS Systems, Inc. He led a business unit called Restaurant Sales and Strategies that focused on multi-unit operators based in the US from 2000-2006. MICROS Systems acquired Hayman Systems and its affiliates including MICROS of South Florida, POS Depot, and Micros of Colorado. Prior to the acquisition, Hayman Systems was the leading US reseller of MICROS Systems and other solutions from 1938-1999.

Alan has served on the Board of the Boston University School of Hospitality, SICOM Systems, and the Ratner Companies (Hair Cuttery). He is a current member of the RSPA which was founded by his father, Stanley, in 1948.
