What unique problem does your company solve for restaurants?

Yumpingo provides insight to restaurants on operations and product development based on smart digital touch points with guests. Our vision is to enable thousands of restaurants to feed happiness to their customers & staff and increase their NPS through insight based action.

Why did your company join RTN? 

RTN creates an environment where visionary solution providers can be connected to restaurants who are working to create the future of hospitality. The next golden age of food & beverage is on the other side of the collaborations created in an environment like RTN.

Chad Houser with Cafe Momentum in Dallas for its mission (teaching restaurant skills to at risk youth) and delivery of stellar product.

What technology are you most excited about for the future of restaurants?

The move of order, pay and review to smart phones will democratize in-restaurant experiences away from the big box POS systems, which means the industry can move faster with whatever comes next. It's stunning how slow the larger restaurant companies have been with adopting new tech.
