What unique problem does your company solve for restaurants?

Solugenix provides comprehensive help desk support services combined with analytics and automation to reduce support incidents. We are not focused on just answering the phone and plowing through calls. We're a restaurant partner, motivated to reduce incidents, stabilize environments, reach KPIs consistently, and reduce support costs.

Why did your company join RTN?

Solugenix has been a partner to the restaurant industry since the 1980s when we developed a point of sale system for McDonald's and then created a help desk practice to support it. Since then our reach (and capability) has continued to grow.

What’s your favorite personal pastime?

Right now high school football is my favorite pastime, but generally it's spending time on the Fox River and enjoying my community!

What three words would you use to describe what’s happening in the restaurant industry right now?

Adapting To Change

What’s your most-used restaurant app?

I love both the Wendy's and Sonic apps. Can't choose.

Restauranteur you most admire and why?

Brands that are focused on the employee experience along with the customer experience. The technology and support process has to have the employee in mind in order to improve the bottom line and the customer experience.

What technology are you most excited about for the future of restaurants?

Personally it's anything that personalizes my experience and makes my experiences more seamless. Professionally, it's moving all the technology above the restaurant and reducing the workload for the store employees.
