    Why did your company join RTN?

    Our decision to join RTN was motivated by a desire to collaborate with an organization that shares our commitment to driving innovation in the QSR and restaurant industries.     What’s your favorite personal pastime?

    Spending quality time with my young family and working on my garden are things I like to do in my past time.

    I love to explore our beautiful region of Hawke's Bay in New Zealand with activities like hunting, fishing, and trail running when I get the chance. I also like to test my skills with a bit of DIY around the house.

    What’s your most-used restaurant app and why?

    I use the Hell's Pizza app the most as it is the only restaurant that delivers rural.

    Restauranteur you most admire and why?

    As someone new to the food industry, I am inspired by the approach taken by Chick-Fil-A and their team. Despite operating in their busiest sales channel, the drive-thru, they consistently provide a personalized experience for their customers. What's even more exciting is their willingness to adopt AI technology to improve speed of service and accuracy. I find it remarkable how they continue to embrace technology while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

    What technology are you most excited about for the future of restaurants and why?

    I am excited to see how AI and computer vision will continue to help restaurants improve operational efficiencies and empower teams with better data. The more we use AI the better it will get at delivering real-time solutions to those on the frontline.
