Gaston Acurio: He is the one who took Peruvian cuisine internationally. He currently operates about 15 high level Peruvian restaurants around the world, promoting his native Peru ingredients and flavors. I love Peruvian cuisine !

What technology are you most excited about for the future of restaurants?

Computer vision has reached unparalleled levels of accuracy and affordability. Many things that we thought were too difficult or undoable are now becoming available and that makes me really excited about the future!
