My favorite thing to do is travel with family and friends! We try to take a cold trip and a warm trip each year. We love trying all the local restaurants, going to museums and embracing the culture as much as we can. Some of our favorite places to go back to are Telluride, the BVIs, Turks and Caicos and Italy.

Really hard to choose but a few of my favorite are Rick Bayless, Danny Meyer and Dave Thomas. They all have such interesting histories and industry experiences. I've had the pleasure of eating at a few of the restaurants in Mexico that Rick Bayless has visited when learning new recipes and they were incredible!
All of the possibilities that AI can open up for restaurants. There are so many ways it can enhance customer experiences and operations.
