- What unique problem does your company solve for restaurants?
Running digital in restaurants creates huge complexity in data & understanding the customer. It can be hard to find executives and analysts that can answer questions about things like customer lifetime value and the ROI of digital marketing efforts. In addition, many restaurants have gone through digital growth lately, which means they aren’t sure how their data and digital teams should be structured in Corporate and are struggling to keep up with the demands of their franchisees. We provide analysis and consulting support to give restaurants information that helps them make better decisions, improve ROI and make customers happier. If a QSR is hoping for additional perspectives on how to use data and impress customers, their board, and franchisees having Insight Lime able to support as a strategic consultant gives an outside, unbiased perspective and a trusted advisor.
- Why did your company join RTN?
We were invited to join by one of our clients who thought we could provide a unique perspective. We’re passionate about improving processes and sharing knowledge with other agencies and restaurants. Previously, we’ve worked with brands like Wendy’s and we love solving the complex data problems that large restaurants have.
- What’s your favorite personal pastime?
I’m one of those people with way too many hobbies. One of my current obsessions is training performance dogs for herding sheep and geese. It teaches me a lot about maintaining a confident presence and how to communicate, believe it or not!
- What three words would you use to describe what’s happening in the restaurant industry right now?
Digital Real-Life Applications
- What’s your most-used restaurant app and why?
I admit that I’m partial to DoorDash (sorry restaurants!) I live in a rural area and they provide great coverage of local restaurants and I like the transparency of their delivery process.
- Restaurateur you most admire and why?
I really admire Steph So from Shake Shack. She is so focused on the customer and making the experience seamless for them, which is a lovely point of view for a marketer to have!
- What technology are you most excited about for the future of restaurants and why?
I’m very excited about how AI for ordering or team member support is going to help restaurants be able to maintain quality, continue to create jobs and make their ordering more efficient
