Describe your work philosophy in one sentence.

I believe in trying new things and that failing fast leads to success.

What unique problem does your company solve for restaurants?

We give our restaurant customers a platform that can scale with them whilst still giving choice - whether that is growing in size, taking on new brands, franchising or entering new global markets.

Why did your company join RTN?

To ensure we are both a voice in the industry but also to listen to our partners and customers.

What's your favorite personal past-time?

Travel - I love it. We moved our kids from Australia to the US 2 years ago and have been seeing the sites ever since. My goal is to visit 100 countries in my life.....56 down, 44 to go!

What three words would you use to describe what's happening in the restaurant industry right now?

Disruption, Growth, Innovation

What's your favorite restaurant?

Ricky's restaurant in Noosa Heads, Australia. Right on the water, fresh seafood, great wine.....makes you feel a million miles from the day to day.

What's your most-used restaurant app?

OpenTable.

Restaurateur you most admire & why.

Jamie Oliver - dealing with the pressures of this industry whilst staying true to his desire for the world to eat healthier is to be admired.

What technology are you most excited about for the future of restaurants?

Voice recognition - the ability to just say what you want versus needing to key in via a human, via a kiosk, etc. The tech has come leaps and bounds to make this a natural experience. Tying it into operational flows is going to be an exciting change.
