RTN Releases the Restaurant Technology Capabilities Framework

The Restaurant Technology Network is thrilled to officially release the Restaurant Technology Capabilities Framework (RTCF). 

This framework defines functional areas and capabilities for restaurant industry solutions, allowing stakeholders to speak a common language, identify relationships between systems and business processes, and accelerate enhanced restaurant business capabilities.

We encourage you to take some time to familiarize yourself with the framework and determine how you can best implement this tool in to your organization. Stay tuned for Phase 2 which will launch in 2023 and explore all areas of restaurant enterprise architecture and overall operations.  Phase 2 may explore ways you can utilize the tool, identify use cases, map to vendor solutions, explore maturity Indexing, etc.
