RTN's Newest Board of Governors Member: Anthony Mejia

The Restaurant Technology Network would like to welcome the newest member of our Board of Governors, Anthony Mejia, VP, Information Technology, Zippy's.

Anthony is Vice President of Technology for Zippy's Restaurants based in Honolulu; a beloved Hawaii institution founded more than fifty-five years ago. His primary focus is to develop strong teams to drive business results in guest and teammate facing technology, strategic partnerships and cost management, logistics and integrations, new product commercialization, field execution and data analytics.  Previous leadership engagements have included Pieology Pizza, Lazy Dog Restaurants and BJs Restaurants. Anthony currently lives in Orange County CA.
