RTN's Newest Board of Governors Member: Zerrick Pearson

The Restaurant Technology Network would like to welcome the newest member of our Board of Governors, Zerrick Pearson, CIO, Five Guys Enterprises. Zerrick is responsible for the development and implementation of IT initiatives across the Enterprise. Having been born into the industry through family-owned restaurants, Zerrick has been involved in restaurant operations for nearly 25 years.

First opened in 1986, Five Guys has grown to almost 1,700 locations worldwide and another 1,500 units in development. The brand enjoys a cult-like following and is known for only using fresh ground beef and peanut oil - with no freezers, just coolers - thus the tagline: Always fresh, never frozen.
