- What unique problem does your company solve for restaurants?
In busy restaurants, managing orders from multiple sources can be chaotic. Food is often prepared in the order it arrives, leading to issues like cold meals, incorrect orders, and uncertain delivery times. Additionally, riders and other resources may be underutilized, as there's no efficient system to manage their availability across multiple locations.
Our AI-powered kitchen display system seamlessly integrates online orders from our app and third-party apps like UberEats, sending them directly to the kitchen. It prioritizes orders based on chef and driver availability, distance, prep time, promised delivery time, order value, and guest priority. This ensures hot, accurate meals are delivered on time while optimizing resource use and improving overall efficiency in the restaurant ecosystem.

- What’s your favorite personal pastime?
I like to travel; Traveling is my passion. I have had the opportunity to explore many countries and cultures. Recently, I even took my entire team to the Himalayas in India for a workcation, combining work with the serenity and beauty of the mountains.

I most admire Danny Meyer for his innovative approach to hospitality and his commitment to creating exceptional dining experiences. His emphasis on customer service and building a strong company culture has revolutionized the restaurant industry.
- What technology are you most excited about for the future of restaurants and why?
I am excited about innovating technology to reduce operational friction points, technology that can better optimize resources for the restaurant, make their consumer happy, and increase revenue. Because of this reason, we are solving problems in the kitchen where orders are being prioritized based on machine learning.
