We believe the tech community is stronger together and better able to serve restaurants when we learn from each other. - What’s your favorite personal pastime?
Anything that takes me outdoors. I love hiking, mountain biking and traveling. - What three words would you use to describe what’s happening in the restaurant industry right now?
Change. Opportunity. Growth. - What’s your most-used restaurant app and why?
Love using Yelp when I travel to uncover hidden gems that I wouldn't otherwise find. On a day-to-day basis, I use the McDonald's app to make sure I get rewards for my Diet Coke habit. - Restaurateur you most admire and why?
Charles Watson. Watching the rapid growth and innovation he's bringing to Tropical Smoothie Cafe has been very inspiring. - What technology are you most excited about for the future of restaurants and why?
This sounds like a cop out, but back-of-house. Being a BOH tech provider gives me a front-row seat to seeing how it helps restaurants reduce food and labor costs, and how that in turn is giving them the tools to not just survive but thrive. - Where is your HQ Located ?
