What unique problem does your company solve for restaurants?

DTiQ integrates data with video -- creating unparalleled intelligence for our partners and their restaurants. Our goal is to provide a tool that makes the most of all the data accessible across our partners' tech stack. From approved integrations of point of sale providers to speed of service to customer experience, so many data points can be enhanced when linked to video.

Why did your company join RTN? 

Being part of RTN allows for collaboration with both restaurant operators and other technology providers. Together, there is so much we can achieve.

What's your favorite personal past-time?

Rugby. It's an amazing sport and community to be a part of.

Sanjay and Dipak Patel. From starting as team members to growing into the multi-unit franchise owners they are today, I am always amazed at their hands-on ownership mentality and dedication to providing a great customer experience.

What technology are you most excited about for the future of restaurants?

AI-driven Virtual Audits. An unbiased automatic review of each restaurant's performance during a given time frame will lead to amazing improvements, efficiencies & innovation.
